1. Notes and compulsory information according to GDPR

Förderkreis Schienenfahrzeugtechnik Hannover e.V. does not request or collect any data whatsoever via its website (www.fshev.de). There is definitely no data stock that has its origin in our web presence.

The factual scope of application of automated or non-automated processing as required by Art. 3 of the GDPR is therefore not given due to the lack of data.

Internal association regulations remain unaffected by this.

Further note: We do not operate a web shop, we do not create advertising e-mails or electronic newsletters. We do not set cookies or trackers nor do we use Google Analytics, so we have no information about who visits our websites.

The access to the association website is encrypted by SSL certificate.

We would like to point out, however, that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when contacting us by e-mail) may have system-related security gaps.

For internet pages of other providers to which reference is made, for example, via links, the data protection information and declarations there apply.

1&1 IONOS is responsible for data security and data protection of the information that our provider 1&1 IONOS collects and stores.

1&1 IONOS is also responsible for information on data security and data protection at our provider 1&1 IONOS.

2. Additional information on data use by the provider of our website

Our provider (1&1 IONOS) generally requests that the following information on data use by 1&1 IONOS be included in data protection declarations; the FSH e.V. can neither influence nor deactivate this data use.

2.1 Usage data

When you call up our web pages, you transmit (out of technical necessity) data via your Internet browser to the web server of the provider 1&1 IONOS. The following data is recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between your Internet browser and the web server, and is anonymised directly during the collection process:

• Referrer (previously visited website)
• Requested web page or file
• Browser type and version
• Operating system in use
• Device type used
• Time of access
• IP address in anonymous form (only used to determine the location of access)

In addition, processing by WebAnalytics takes place. The data is collected out of a justified interest to ensure the security and stability of the offer and to be able to provide website visitors with the highest possible quality. The data is stored for 8 weeks. The visitor data will not be passed on to third parties and there will be no transfer of visitor data to third countries outside the EU.

2.2 WebAnalytics

The data is determined either by a pixel or by a log file. WebAnalytics does not use cookies to protect personal data. No personal data of website visitors is recorded so that no conclusions can be drawn about individual visitors. The following data is collected:

In WebAnalytics, data is collected exclusively for statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the web offer. No data is passed on to third parties.
